- It’s 1/2 cup of butter.
- Prepare 5 of celery stalks, chopped.
- Prepare 1 large of onion, chopped.
- Prepare 1 tsp of dried thyme.

- preheat oven to 325.
- melt butter over medium heat.
- add celery and onion, cook 15 minutes until tender.
