  1. Prepare 2 tbsp of peanut butter.
  2. It’s 2 of different flavors of yogurt (i used activia strawberry and peach).
  3. You need 2 tbsp of condensed milk (optional you can use honey).
  4. It’s 1 tbsp of vanilla essence.
  5. It’s 1 of bottle of smalta.
  6. It’s 3 cup of nestle vanilla flavour supligen.
  7. Prepare 2 cup of gatorade(any flavour).
  8. You need 2 tbsp of flax seed.
  9. You need 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice.
  10. Prepare 6 of half ripe to ripe mangoes ( i used julie and dodos ).

Workout drink instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients..
  2. Chill and enjoy before or after workout exercise..
