- It’s 1/2 liter of water.
- Prepare 400 grams of vermicelli.

- Prepare 1 pinch of saffron(strand).
- It’s 1 pinch of yellowfood color(i used yellow saffron).
- Prepare 3 of eggs.
- You need 1 tbsp of cooking oil for the egg.
- You need 1/2 cup of white sugar.
- You need 1 of melted unsalted butter.

- in a pot bring to boil 1/2liter of water add vermicelli cook for about 2 min or less drain set aside..
- skilet on medium heat ….heat the oil add the egg mix(like cooking scrambled egg)about 1 min add the sugar combined well untill cook..
- bring back the vermicelli in a pan add the egg mix well add cardamom and saffron combined well and sprinkle yellow food color mix well..
- served hot drizzled melted butter…enjoy!!!!.
